This is the same script that is used to power 5url.us, you can use this to run your own shorter url service, complete with stats for each URL shortened.
Features:
* Ability for users to create URLS with or without an account.
* Create a custom alias to shorten your URL , or have it randomly generated by the system.
* Users that create an account, are able to mark a URL as private or delete the URL they created.
* Most recently shortened URLs page. (private URLs do not show up here).
* Tracking for each URL shortened as they are clicked from anywhere.
* Ability to announce new URLs to twitter
* admin panel to manage URLs and users, also to edit your config file straight from the admin.

* Option of using cURL or not using cURL for URL validation.
